It’s simply a nudge to tilt the scale in the other direction, a scale that has been rather one-sided over the last century. Not to diminish the value of specialization Pursue one career and groomed to specialize in and follow through so to do that one thing exceptionally well, hopefully finding your true calling and purpose and devoting your life to that pursuit.
